Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven success launching 3+ breakthrough products with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA) and venture capital
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, academia, and government
- Certified in Tech Ethical Governance (TEG) and Future Systems Design
