- Manage R&D portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Strong network with global research institutions and venture capital
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent methodology
