Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on prototyping future-facing technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business strategy
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology implementation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
