- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption impact

- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for ecosystem innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
