- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Anticipate ethical implications of future technologies and develop governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, papers, keynotes)
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems
