Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) and their industrial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in agile transformation and digital culture development
- Certification in technology management (e.g., TOGAF, CISM) or strategic foresight methodologies preferred
