Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in developing sustainable tech prototypes
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and assess market viability for 2026-2030
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation hubs
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen systems
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching 2026+ horizon innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding for futuristic projects
