Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month vision alignment
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into business operations
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a specialized future technology incubation team
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
