Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 innovation targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech integration
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neurotech, climate tech, or decentralized networks
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and regulatory compliance
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (papers, patents, or keynotes)
