Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess their commercial viability for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market predictions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and service innovations
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and R&D project portfolios
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
