Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Build executive-level technology roadmaps with clear investment priorities and ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or similar senior leadership role
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
