Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with 15+ global teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech
- C-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leader in tech innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies
