Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to define strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory impacts on future adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent strategic experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
