- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive intelligence for 2026 landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage relationships with technology partners and research institutions
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and driving adoption cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
