- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure strategic impact on innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale technology transformations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, decentralized systems, or advanced robotics
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certifications in TOGAF, PMI-SP, or equivalent strategic planning frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience scaling technology teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation (e.g., HBR, IEEE)
