- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership papers and industry white papers on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M and cross-continental teams
- Publishing record in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
