Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological shifts and opportunities
- Design and pilot innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Experience leading global technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environments
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
