- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into core business models
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and futurists through rapid prototyping cycles
- Present disruptive innovations to global investors and Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 industry-defining tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and neural network architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology innovation grants
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (CEAI) or equivalent
