Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic initiatives into company-wide transformation
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning
- Strong communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental virtual teams and managing distributed workflows
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
