Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate disruptive solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create executive-level presentations on future tech adoption scenarios
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Drive organizational culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic tech implementations
