Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members to drive investment decisions

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within tech or Fortune 500
- Proven track record in launching future-oriented products or R&D initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation abilities for complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI) preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in tech innovation
