Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, or biotech
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with tech specialization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for international partnerships
- Top 5% percentile on AWS/Azure cloud architecture certifications
