- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive innovations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 23843, IEEE 7000) and regulatory frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization or enterprise transformation
