- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and internal incubators
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/Web3 experience preferred)
