- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, or neurotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
