Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential for 2026+ market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, prototyping sprints, and future scenario planning
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with emerging regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with matrixed reporting
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
