Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week technical training program covering Windows OS, cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Provide Tier 1 support for internal and external clients via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITIL-compliant procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations and upgrades
- Participate in rotational assignments across network, security, and helpdesk teams
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and compliance documentation
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking approach
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware and software concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for maintenance
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (required for occasional client site visits)
