Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech summits
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Demonstrated success in translating futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
