Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on cloud platforms, cybersecurity fundamentals, and IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Document and troubleshoot technical issues using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on real-world projects
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base entries
- Participate in weekly skill development workshops
