Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, biohybrid) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible automation
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Quantify market disruption potential through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, or decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Strategy certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling technology teams across international markets
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
