- Collaborate with policy advisors on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercialization
- Strong network with academic institutions and tech innovation hubs
