Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating IoT, AR/VR, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or relevant master's preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, or innovation management frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
