Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic initiatives from concept to deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent experience
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or industry conferences
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
