Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Author thought leadership papers on future technology impacts and opportunities
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP)
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive communication abilities
