Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for next-gen tech procurement
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills (Python/R preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
