Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and organizational growth
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT integration for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 adoption potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric authentication solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused technology validation cycles
- Publish industry whitepapers on future tech trends and market readiness assessments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or Technology Foresight
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital ethics
- Published author or keynote speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
