Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and data scientists
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Represent Innovatech at global forums (Web Summit, CES, Davos) on future tech ethics
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech adoption patterns
- Drive innovation sprints with Stanford/MIT researchers to prototype 2026 breakthroughs
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring ROI on future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/climate tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in 2026 tech trends: quantum supremacy, generative AI ethics, carbon capture tech
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing vendor ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
