Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen tech adoption across global operations
- Champion innovation through patent development and strategic partnerships
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, Web3 infrastructure, neurotech
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams (50+ members)
- Published thought leadership in tech evolution journals
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication for complex technical storytelling
