- Oversee R&D budget allocation for futuristic technology incubation projects
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term technology planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
