Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' success and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Stanford LEAD)
