Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions in our innovation labs
- Develop predictive analytics models forecasting market disruption from emerging technologies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum research institutes and decentralized networks
- Present technology forecasts to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in technology foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, post-quantum cryptography, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on emerging technology adoption patterns
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFAP from World Future Society)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of disruptive tech roadmaps
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
