Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive innovations
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready product strategies
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in futures methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience scaling technology teams across multiple geographies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
