- Coordinate with EU regulatory bodies on ethical AI frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biometric AI
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise tech from concept to market
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM) preferred
