Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with technology innovators, research institutions, and venture partners
- Anticipate technological disruptions and develop mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Oversee cross-functional innovation projects from conception to pilot launch
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services based on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations
