Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, AGI) and translate insights into business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for futuristic technologies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure impact of future-tech initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs and industry disruptors
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure alignment between technological capabilities and ethical/societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
