Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology use cases
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance protocols for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to commercialize future technology innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)

- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
