- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and ESG goals
- Develop patent-worthy innovations in human-machine interaction and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic vision to investors, boards, and industry forums
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing architectures, and circular tech principles
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (2018-2024)
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
- CFR, CISSP, or equivalent strategic certification
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish preferred
