- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 5-year business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive adoption of future-ready architecture and development methodologies
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to business stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends or disruption
- Experience scaling technical teams across global markets
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
