Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neurointerfaces, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with ESG goals
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum computing, neurotech, or AGI ethics
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Experience with biocomputing interfaces or carbon-negative data centers
