Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational vision
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Oversee the development of pilot programs for disruptive technologies, ensuring scalability and commercial viability
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field with demonstrated impact in future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AR/VR, neuromorphic systems)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certifications in strategic foresight, technology architecture, or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technology adoption curves
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
